Mr Nepomuceno has over 25 years of international and Brazilian experience in the mining sector. He has held senior executive roles at Vale, MHAG Iron Ore Mining and Magnesita and has a strong track record in operational management, reducing and optimizing costs, environmental management and implementing best practice across operational divisions. Mr Nepomuceno has a BS degree in Agronomic Engineering from the University of Rio de Janerio and two post-graduate degrees in Environmental Control from the University of Ghent and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
MR BILL BENT - BSc (Chem Eng), MBA
Vice President, Business Development
Mr Bent has over 20 years industry and consulting experience focusing on corporate strategy, M&A, growing businesses and performance improvement. Prior to joining Mirabela, Mr Bent was Director of Strategy at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory (formerly Mainsheet Corporate) and has also worked as a Senior Consultant with the Corven Group in the UK both in the Consulting & Corporate Finance divisions. Pre Corven, Mr Bent worked for Genesis Oil & Gas and for Anglo American Corp South Africa. Mr Bent has a degree in BSc Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Cranfield University in the UK and is FSA qualified.
MR RUBENS BICHUED
Mining, Maintenance and Eng. Director
Mr Bichued has over 30 years mining experience and previously worked at Vale & CSN in senior executive positions at large iron ore operations.

Beneficiation Plant & Logistics Director
Mr Faria has over 10 years experience across nickel, gold and zinc. Previously worked for Votorantim Metais and Kincross. Has been involved in 4 plant commissionings.

Mr Lyra has 15 years experience across environment, health and safety, forestry and community relationships. Previously held senior positions at Vale & MMX.

Ms Guelman has 20 years experience in accounting and finance, investor relations, global management insurance and pension plans. Previously held senior management positions at Magnesita, Arcelor-Mittal, MBR & Samarco.
