MR BILL BENT -  BSc (Chem Eng), MBA
Vice President, Business Development

Mr Bent has over 20 years’ industry and consulting experience focusing on corporate strategy, M&A, growing businesses and performance improvement. Prior to joining Mirabela, Mr Bent was Director of Strategy at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory (formerly Mainsheet Corporate) and has also worked as a Senior Consultant with the Corven Group in the UK both in the Consulting & Corporate Finance divisions. Pre Corven, Mr Bent worked for Genesis Oil & Gas and for Anglo American Corp South Africa. Mr Bent has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from Cranfield University in the UK and is FSA qualified.

MR RUBENS BICHUED
Mining, Maintenance and Eng. Director

Mr Bichued has over 30 years’ mining experience and previously worked at Vale & CSN in senior executive positions at large iron ore operations.

MR EVANDRO FARIA
Beneficiation Plant & Logistics Director

Mr Faria has over 10 years’ experience across nickel, gold and zinc. He previously worked for Votorantim Metais and Kincross and has been involved in 4 plant commissionings.

MS DAYSE GUELMAN
Chief Financial Officer, Brazil

Ms Guelman has 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance, investor relations, global management insurance and pension plans. She previously held senior management positions at Magnesita, Arcelor-Mittal, MBR & Samarco.

DR LINDA TOMPKINS, BSc, MSc, PhD (Geology), LLB
Legal Counsel

Dr Tompkins is a corporate resource lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience in the resource sector. Prior to joining Mirabela, Dr Tompkins worked in private legal practice at Allion Legal and a major international law firm, where she assisted resource clients in a variety of mining and corporate law matters in Australia and overseas, and worked on secondment as Legal Counsel to Rio Tinto procurement. Dr Tompkins is also a geologist with multi-commodity exploration experience worldwide, including more than six years in Brazil.
